All items are despatched in 1-5 working days.

Returns Policy

If an item is returned in original condition I will offer a full refund, not including the postage and packaging costs. To qualify for the refund items must be returned within 14 days.

Any problems with any part of an order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, or the following Monday morning if your order was delivered on a Saturday.

Under the United Kingdoms Distance selling Regulations, if you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return goods for credit subject to the following conditions:

• You inform danavenell.com within seven working days of receipt of the product(s).
• You return the item(s) within 14 days.
• Goods are returned in a reasonable condition and in the original packaging.

Damaged items will be exchanged free of charge.
